What people actually can become addicted to is carbohydrates. That is why a low carbohydrate diet is used by so many people. Their bodies have become addicted to carbs, and the carbs turn into sugars in the body and are stored as fat.
Stay away from them while you are young, it is harder to break the habit when you are older!!!

oooooh yes especially plain salted. I am addicted to biscuits. You would get irritable without them, strong cravings and desire to make long trips to get them. I would seek professional help ( just kidding ) No I would substitute with a healthier alternative like chips e.g. crackers or fruit chips.

when you are going thru withdrawal you sieze up, run down to the EZ Mart, grab a bag, crush them in the store, and drink em down before paying!!

no ifyou have a problem with you body then you problibly willl but if you can control your self then nope you can not
