After losing 30 pounds, my breasts became kind of saggy and less firm. I wanted to increase my breast size naturally without gaining back the weight I worked so hard to lose. I found a website called herbalfoundation.org and from there I purchased herbal breast enlargement pills called Firmestra. I took the pills for only 4 months and I went from a 36B to a 36C. I am so happy with the results. My breasts are firmer and rounder too. I just love the natural shape and they are in proportion with my new body!

I am sorry to tell you, that the side effect of pregnancy is losing your breast's shape. I lost a whole size myself. You will never be able to make them firm and shapely as before. There are some lucky girls who actually retain their breast's shape, but they are few...and those who tell you otherwise have done a boob job.

However much you gain, you breast will remain saggy. It cannot firm back. There are surgeries that basically pull the muscles of the breast up, to make it firm, but most plastic surgeons will recommend you augment the breast as well if you want them to look more rounded. That may not be something you are interested in doing.

Eat lots of Pasta, Potatoes and Starchy foods. My boyfriend is trying to put on weight and this seems ot have worked. Also make sure you are not active after eating, have a meal and then relax. Running around after a meal is burning it off quicker than you can digest it. Also make sure you have 3 hearty meals a day, and finish the whole plate. Good Luck!!

Changing your metabolism is not an easy task. Try talking to your doctor. I know all the healthy eating habits like eating breakfast and eating slowly so the only thing I could recommend is to eat quickly and eat lots, skip breakfast, and be as inactive as possible but that is unhealthy.

I'm 4 months pregnant and have gone from a small C to a stretched and painful E - I only wish I could give you some of mine...!

Talk to your physician and make sure the weight loss is not medical.

I truly do not believe this wives’ tale about losing weight by breastfeeding.

You could excersize to tone up the muscles in that area but it wont perform miracles. Boobs do tend to droop after pregnancy.

Why can't the weight just come off the areas we want it too.

Padded bra or chicken fillets may solve your problem.

Hmmmm that's a tough one, but quite common after child birth! Have another baby perhaps??
