I personally would look into setting up some newly made salt water that is set to your tanks peramiters and rinse them off and hold them there till I could find a friend to hold them for me in a better setup until I setup the main tank again. That way you may have saved them from the bad bath water. Whatever you cannot put in different tubs of water can be cleaned and scrubbed down and reused as base rock. The main thing is to try and keep the rock moist. Clean up the tank really good, and see if a friend can give you some filters to help you re-establish your tank.

Did you mean "bath" water? Just curious, how did 50 gallons get from the jacuzzi into the tank? In any case, your best bet would be to perform a large water change (I would say at least 50 gallons), and run some activated carbon (and perhaps Zeolite) in your filter. Are there any chemicals in the jacuzzi water? You may also need to add a dechlorinator.

do you have a back up tank?
get a bucket and mix up some saltwater if you have it
on hand and the put the corals in the bucket..you are
probably going to have to acclimate the corals though
to make sure they will do ok with the new water.
but you will need lights on the corals until you get the
tank up and running again.
