Personally, i am an ohio state fan. (go ahead and crack) but i do think that pryor will go to columbus. i dont necessarily think we need him though. If he wants to become an NFL quarterback then he should go to Oregon or Penn State because we all know of the great success Ohio State quarterbacks have had in the NFL, and we all know how much success Rich Rodriguez has had with pro quarterbacks. On the other hand if its about playing basketball also then its between Michigan and OSU. At Michigan, he can go and be the only offensive force on the field and the court. But at Ohio State (his freshmen year) will be a sort of play a couple downs - every series or so kind of guy. (as like a Tim Tebow for Florida) Along with that he can play basketball for a descent team, and wont be the only offensive force.

Honestly, i dont really know, all this hype over a guy we have never seen play an actual competitive team is really ridiculous. Wherever he goes, goodluck to them and i hope he doesnt end up like the infamous Chris Leak.

    Imagine the following scene:

In a high school auditorim there is a table set up with a microphone and the ballcaps from three or four major universities. An announcement has been sent out that at 10am the next big thing will announce where he will play college football.

Mr. Next Big Thing saunters in around 9:58 and sits down. Family and friends are giddy with anticipation. His coach is seated next to him. The principal does a mike check.

10am arrives, but there something missing. It’s the media. No one from a recruiting Web site. No ink-stained retch. No TV cameras.

Frantic calls are made and the answer is more or less the same every time — they’re tired of being used as an ego boost for some kid who hasn’t proven anything at the collegiate level. We’ll wait for the release from the university. And thanks.

Mr. Next Big Thing has learned his first lesson about major college football. Big-time football teams are stocked with guys who were once Mr. Next Big Thing. Some were. Most weren’t. The smart ones used the scholarship to get an education.

Others didn’t. Mentally they never moved on from that day in high school where they held their press conference. That was as good as it would ever get fot them.

Hope they at least kept the hat.

I heard today on espn radio that he will announce later this week that he's going to Ohio State. It was Colin Cowherd's

    show.

If he is smart, Oregon. He will start right away. The system fits him. And the pac ten doesn't play great defense.

who cares, hes a ********** for not choosing a school yet. does he think hes bigger than college football or something? football is a team sport and unlike basketball, it takes more than talented athletes to execute, let him get drafted so he can get killed by the NFL. he's a selfish person in general, i hope he chokes at the collegiate level.

  • Nobody cares anymore.

    But I will say Michigan.

The Buckeyes, but we don't need him as much as the other 3 do
