Shin splints?

Alright, I'm not exactly sure if they are shin splints, but they do hurt every time I apply pressure on them. So what can I do to help ease the pain and fix it?

ugh i have shin splints and they kill! especially since i run every day and they never seem to get better...

but anyways take ibuprofen like 30 minutes before you run or do whatever it is that makes them hurt. then ice them afterwards. if they just hurt like all the time not just when your running or something they are probably not shin splints.
