christians ignored this question first time i asked so i will ask again?
Why do you think it is, that an omnipotent being requires the bloodshed of an innocent....?
in order to gain redemption for sins?
the bible shows us that any misdeed done by us, can only be righted through the bloodshed of an innocent.
if god is omnipotent, why do you think he chose this way, of the infinate possibilities, as a way for redemption? (remember he is omnipotent, thus he is not limited to the methods he chose.)

Has anyone else noticed that those who don't answer with, "God is great, just believe he knew what he was doing," got a bunch of thumbs-down? I think that's interesting.
By the way, I don't have an answer to your question and neither does anyone else. Probably no one will ever know it.

This Question is a very good example of why sin started in the first place[Questioning Jehovah's Sovereignty].
Adam was a perfect man and it would take a perfect man to be the ransom sacrifice for him.At the same time a new covenant of love would be set up with man for the Kingdom ruler ship of Christ. He prepared the men of the earth for the beginnings of the true faith in Jehovah God.1 Cor 15:45; 1Tim 2:5,6; Rom 5:8
Rom1:16; Eph 1:11-14; ! Pet.1 :4 1 john.2:2

The reason is that in the Old testament, the sacrifice must be without spot. For instance, if a lamb was sacrificed it had to be a perfect lamb. The reason was that if you are not willing to sacrifice what is the best, it is not a real sacrifice (otherwise, people would settle for sacrificing what was their worst).
It stands to reason. Have you ever noticed when someone gives you a gift that you knew was second hand or a junk present, it does not feel as nice as something that is brand new and top of the line?
God feels the same way. A sacrifice had to be made that was meaningful.
When God gave up his son, he decided that one sacrifice was enough for eternity. By giving up a perfect son as a replacement for individual perfect lambs, he was saying, that he loves us.

Interesting question.
1. God doesn't requir innocent blood to be shed to gain redemption. He doesn't need to be redeemed as He is perfect and holy.
2. Why did man choose to sin.
For whatever reason, it was due to Adam's (and Eve's) disobedience to God. It's not so much that God required it, but that man needs it for his salvation.
And why does it matter? What He did gives us some idea of how much He really loves us. Jesus did rise from the dead. He is still alive, albeit in a new, glorified body.
It's not our place to question the One who created all things.

Alright...
suppose that someone murdered someone else. The case goes to trial and the judge says, I'll fine you $50.
There would be outrage, wouldn't there? Well, in the same way, sin isn't just a small misdeed. It is rebellion against the Authority of the Universe and it must be punished. The punishment is being separated from God eternally. Somehow, God took the punishment upon Himself on the cross. I don't know how.
If there had been any other way, God would have taken the easier route. He loves His Son.

As a Christian, I can only answer this according to the nature of God. God is HOLY, therefore, He cannot be in the presence of sin, or anything UNCLEAN. Only pureness in a sacrifice would be sufficient in atoning for sin to a Holy God. I think the purity is the very thing that CLEANSES the filth of the sin. Because it is pure and clean. Just like Jesus was the pure and innocent Lamb of God. He was without sin, and His blood was the ONLY blood worthy of CLEANSING and covering all sin.

properly I for one do no longer think of that technology has the superb answer. If religions saved changing their ideas as in many cases as technology does, faith could have been given up some time past. technology is ever changing as we detect further and further, a great type of the time, technology provides to the sweetness of gods creations no longer removing from the majesty of all of it. difficulty comes while so talked approximately as religionists have self belief what's written contained in the bible is absolutely the. bypass decrease back to unique meaning of words in unique texts and additionally you detect that the international wasn't created in seven 24 days yet particularly in seven time classes. who's to declare how long this became? What discovery with regard to the universe has proved that faith is fake? As for the assumption of evolution, it continues to be a theory and technology besides as faith does no longer have all of the solutions.

Because God has done a pact with men.
The pact has to be seal with BLOOD.
With this you assure that the pact is not broken
In the OT this pact was conditional. If you do this God does this.
In the NT the pact is seal with the blood of Christ and it is unconditional.

God is a righteous God. We are only linked to God through his righteousness. God being omnipotent does not mean God agrees with sin. God's nature is righteous his abilities are to do anything.
God does not weigh sin all sin is bad. When man sinned he seperated from God this seperation from the Creator and the one who sustains us is death.
This is the reason the Son became flesh to overcome temptation as a man Jesus Christ and to remain perfect and to pay the penalty of sin which is death overcoming death for those who will accept the atonement. God knew before creation man would sin and had a plan of salvation. His plan was nto to overlook sin and join his creation intheir sin but to bring us to his righteousness through being a savior to his creation.
God's plan of salvation can be seen from the first scriptures God gave to us the first book of Moses.
God shows man's disobedience leads ot death. God warned Adam int he day he ate of the tree of knowledge of good and evil( the law) he would surely die.
The law demonstrates man's need for God but our mercy is through the tree of life (Jesus Chrsit) eat of it and you will live forever. These two tre represent God's natures his righteouness (the law) and his (mercy) the tree of life God's plan of salvation.

I missed this the first time, and I will give you a longer answer this evening -- I'm on my way out to work.
But I will tell you that it had to do with the meaning behind the term "covenant."
More later.
