Pasta dish to make with pork cubes?

I'm supposed to make a pasta dish tonnight with the pork cubes in the fridge. One of the diners can't eat milk products or aged cheese, so no parmesan, romano etc. She can eat mozzarella though. She also can't digest onions or a lot of garlic. Am I just screwed??!!

make whatever you want from the pasta / pork & make a separate version of it for her. No reason everyone should suffer. She sounds like a PITA to me.

    Hmmm... try doing this:

In the beginning, finely dice up some parsley and oregano - you decide on how much you want in the pasta. Then, in a skillet, add 2 tbsp of olive oil and a dash of salt. Add the pork cubes and sautee for about 5 mins on medium heat, or until the cubes turn brown (be careful not to burn it, though). If you're into hot foods, add a little cayenne pepper to the pork. Then, mix with the pasta (which I assume you've been boiling beforehand) and serve hot. See? You just made pasta without cheese or tomatoes. Belissimo!!

Try making a casserole with pasta. Cook the pasta toss in diced tomatoes (from a can is fine) add the pork (make sure it is cooked), some rosemary, oregano, olive oil is a must for it not to stick together and a little salt. Top with the mozzerella and toss into the oven for about 20 mins or until the cheese is bubbly.

bow tie pasta is your friend! just put some tomatoes, basil, and toss in the pork cubes - you could also put some mozzerella if you like! you might want to fry them up in some olive oil like you would with andoulli sausages...umm lemme see, oh and for the dressing i would just put some olive oil and a vinnegarette or a lighter italian dressing.

    good luck!!

    Serve Baked Potatoes.

Also You can boil some noodles and just serve them with a dash of olive oil and a sprinkle of italian seasoning....basil/oregano etc.
