If a woman divorces and then remarries in Texas, does the new husband have any interest in a property she owned with her first husband?

Yes. If the woman passed away, for example, the husband would be entitled to the property. The sticky part is that if the ex-husband is still on title, he would also. It would have to be divided. If the husband contributes money to the home, he is entitled to some of the equity if she were to divorce him. Texas is a common law state.
