I am not sure what you mean by "add an email to my website". Do you mean email hosting (an email account using your domain name), or an email link/form?
Most web hosting companies will give you email accounts with the same domain. GoDaddy.com and HostGator.com both have great service and have great prices on web hosting that includes email. You can also use GoDaddy for registering your domain ("owning" a domain name). A lot of hosting companies give you a control panel (i.e. cPanel) that allow you to create/remove email accounts for your domain.
Another choice (one I personally recommend) is, after you get a domain registered with GoDaddy or whoever, sign up for "Apps for Your Domain" under Google. You get a whole set of Google Apps for your domain, including a Gmail - then you can set up your email to be hosted under Google (with Gmail interface) by configuring your domain settings with GoDaddy. Google's "Apps for your Domain" is free - so it's sorta like free email hosting. Domain registration, of course, always costs money (GoDaddy has great prices). Another free webhost that has email accounts is DotEasy.com.
You can use LogMeIn Free (www.logmein.com) to log into machines remotely from a web browser to log into any computers that has LogMeIn installed. Or, for the other way around (to share your current computer to someone else), you can install Microsoft's SharedView:

These are both Free! I use one or the other to help others with their computers (or for me to log into my other computers)

You do not have to have a website, if you want to fix computers, go get a job doing it,I am sure there is something in your city that deals with computers!
People trust real live firms more than some guy on the internet ,when it comes to this. You do not need a license as long as you know your stuff.
I do not understand your question either, are you talking about a feedback form?
