What is more fulfilling to give – a open-palmed slap, or a backhand?

Not that I advocate violence, but if it comes down to it, which do you prefer and why?

    backhand, just sounds better when your talking about it and looks cooler. haha

    I would prefer to be slaped open-palmed because it wouldn't hurt as bad as a backhand.

    But if I was the one slapping, I would go with the backhand. There is more power behind a backhand than there is a open-palmed slap.

    It depends on the desired effect. If you just want to humiliate somone, the sting of an open palmed slap is in order. If you wish to do serious damage, utilize the crushing power of a forceful backhand.

    A backhand is pretty much just a wild swing, and you hope it connects somewhere.

    I'd find a open palmed slap much more satisfying. You can look them in the eye, and know exactly where its going to land.

    why limit yourself do both!!! here is how you do it .... you have to open palm slap and follow it up with the backhand (it is the only way to do it ) and oh yeah (I don't advocate violence either but I have "heard" that is the best way and the best combination to do it!!)

    BACK HAND ALL THE WAY! Works better. I swear even the sight of it scares people! Run up to someone and pretend to almost give them a backhand slap I'm sure they'll get scared! I dare you!

    You get to feel the face more with the palm compared to the back of your hand.

    I'd have to go with open-palmed slap so you can get more satisfaction from it. The person is going to be embarrassed either way so let this be about you....

    Backhand, definitely. There is something about not wanting to even soil you palm with their face that adds insult to injury.

    Neither, as i carry, I just walk away. And what is this fulfilling crap. You need to grow up. To be fulfilling would be to curse the person out in words that the person would not under stand. Yes I should have said you need to mature,develop,progress. See how much we enjoy it. Live long and keep you hands to you self. and perceive the logical way to grasp a new marvelous beginning

    This is an assumption: I would first walk away so that I could calm down. Secondly, I would pray for guidance and an answer about what to do. I would also pray that I forgive her (if i have not already) and continue to love her. Third, I would warn her not to do it again or I will file assault charges towards her.

    Closed fist... Backhands hurt my hand and open palm slaps are for pimps and hoes... : )
