We have new batteries, and a new charger. What could be wrong?

I hear the tone that says I have new mail, but cannot find it. I have checked all my Folders, and its not there. I checked Settings and Filters, but there are none... all mail is set to go to my Inbox. But Inbox is not getting emails. After further investigation, it seems I am getting the usual crap mail, spam, the usual, but mail from friends and family are not going to the Inbox. Oh and Facebook mail is not going to Inbox either. Where is it going?

I was working on the new Yahoo Profiles, and noticed that every time I clicked on a name on my contact list, everything on my screen was getting smaller. Now its so tiny I can hardly read anything! I tried resizing the screen resolution, but that didn't work. I tried making the font size bigger on the IE Toolbar, and its as big as it can get, but its not nearly enough. Why would clicking on names in my contact list make everything go smaller with every click? Is it on Windows, or on IE, or my PC? Nothing seems to help. I rebooted but that didn't work either.

I'm a member of www.swapadvd.com. My account has been locked for weeks... even months. I have quite a few 'points' on this site. Each point is worth the value of a DVD... the DVD might be used. It might be new.

So, points translate to cash value. Swap-A-DVD has high-jacked my account. They have a message on my account that says "Contact Us."

I have contacted them. Several times. They refuse to acknowledge that I have contacted them. They will not unlock my account. This also affects other members that have 'Swapped' with me. They are not getting the value of their points... and there are quite a few points that are involved.

Small claims court is the only thing I can think of...

Is that a possibility, or do you have other suggestions?

I'm ready to abandon Yahoo Messenger altogether. It just won't work longer thana few minutes at a time. It stops responding constantly. Its just not worth the effort anymore.

Is there another compatable Chat messenger platform that is compatable that I can still keep my old Yahoo buddies?

When will these episodes start? And on which program? I TiVo CSI, but don't generally watch WAT... so not sure where it will start,or which series it ends on.

Often it just stops responding suddenly after working fine for a while. Then when new IM's pop up, there is no readable text. Its getting very frustrating using Yahoo Messenger. I have to stop Messenger, then restart it to start seeing text again. This goes on over and over again. It seems to be at least every half hour or so.

My parents refuse to get into the 21st Century. Mostly I think they are just intimidated by the vastness of the internet, the horror stories of what is seen or said on the internet, and fear of having to learn to use a computer. So, I thought I would get them the most simpe base-line computer I can find. I'm sure I've heard about 'Email only accounts' but don't know where they are. Maybe if they were able to send and receive email I could ease them into higher technology later. Is there anything like what I'm looking for? Instant messaging would be great too, but not necessary.

It was a series on TNT about a crew of EMT's and Paramedics. Does anyone know if it will be back?

I had entered several Reviews on my Yahoo 360 page, and now several of them are missing? What's showing now is what was posted months ago, and my newer entries are gone. What happened? My Page is here:
