Is there any sort of Internet based small claims court?

I'm a member of www.swapadvd.com. My account has been locked for weeks... even months. I have quite a few 'points' on this site. Each point is worth the value of a DVD... the DVD might be used. It might be new.

So, points translate to cash value. Swap-A-DVD has high-jacked my account. They have a message on my account that says "Contact Us."

I have contacted them. Several times. They refuse to acknowledge that I have contacted them. They will not unlock my account. This also affects other members that have 'Swapped' with me. They are not getting the value of their points... and there are quite a few points that are involved.

Small claims court is the only thing I can think of...

Is that a possibility, or do you have other suggestions?

Thank you.

You should have the proofs of your despatches of DVD and your efforts to contact them and their statements . Besides, the evidential note for locking your account and evidences for your contact details when they inform you "contact us" and failure notices after your contacting them . With all these evidences you submit your claim with the smaller court . The details of which is available on website. Send the details. They have the claim form Get the CLAIM FORM filled up and submit to them. You will get the credit in terms of dollars within 4 weeks. Your constant follow up is significant because such claims are innumerable and getting it justified on our priority is feasible only after consistent follow up.
