Merits P310 Power Wheelchair won't charge batteries?

We have new batteries, and a new charger. What could be wrong?

    The wheelchair owner is the main problem - the wheelchair owner who doesn't realise they have posted their question in the camera category.

    The charger is usually not the issue. The battery is the weakest link. I'd contact the manufacturer's tech support to make sure that you're not doing something wrong.
