What happened to Lucky on GH?

He was THE computer genius when he was 13 years old now that he has become a cop he can't find a keyboard. Why can't the police figure anything out? Mac used to be a good PI now that he's the commish, He is an idiot. the writers need to look at CSI skills and write some once in a blue moon for the

police not just for Jason. what do you think?

The writers have completely forgotten their character histories. It's been going on for years now -- Nikolas and Alexis used to be foreign aristocrats, and now they just seem like any other upper-crust Americans; Sam's backstory changes more often than her wardrobe; Sonny went from drugging teenage Karen Wexler and forcing her to strip in his club to being a morally superior mobster who would never traffick in drugs or sex. It's like they don't watch their own show.

As far as the PCPD goes, I definitely agree with you. They need to stop making the cops look like idiots just so Jason can save the day. It's boring, it's repetitive, and it's completely demeaning to any character with a badge.

I work in criminal justice and I get so frustrated watching the "crime scenes" on GH. Mac's the Commish and he has no power over the crime scene or his officers. During the explosion he was just letting anyone go in and out of the building. In the real world NO ONE would have been able to go back into the building that just blew up.

Also the DA and the Mayor have so much power over the police department. The mayor is just a figure head in most cities or towns. They might have some say about some things, but not too much when it comes to police stuff. And when Rick was dragging that body around I was like he's leaving a big old trail of evidence behind. As a former DA he should know that!! I love GH to death...but they need some law enforcement consultants on the show....hint...hint...ME!!!

Oh, I totally agree. As much as I love Jason and Sonny, the truth is, in real life, they are the bad guys. And in real life, cops like Lucky and Mac are the good guys. Making the PCPD look like idiots all the time only glorifies the mob, which is just not cool. I agree. Every now and then, they need to throw the PCPD a bone and let them solve a case and be the heros for once. B/c in real life, they would be the heros.

And I keep wondering what they did to Lucky too. At one point he was the Spinelli (although much cooler than Spinelli) of th GH. Now they just make him look silly. I wish they would steer him clear of Liz/Jason storylines and let him have a storyline of his own. Maybe something that involved another mystery w/the Cassadines or Faison or something. I mean, he's a SPENCER. He is the son of the legendary Luke and Laura Spencer. He shouldn't have to play second banana to anyone else.

The acting today was the most powerful that I have seen in a long time. Geary still has it, and Jonathon Jackson is getting more and more powerful. The chemistry between them is electric. To try to answer your question, Luke is Luke, what you see is what you get. He has always been a free spirit, and as beautiful as that is, people like this do have flaws just like everyone else. His children know his faults, but they also know he loves them in his own way. But what happens is that they know he is a drinker and have accepted it all their lives. I don't know if I can call them Enablers, because they are just like everyone else and want their Dad to be like other Dads, and even though he is not, They of course, still want that bond with him. Luke said he has been drinking since he was 12 years old, and he does not see anything wrong with it. How could he, if he has been getting away with it for so many years. He is in denial, but this just might send him to do some deep down Soul searching, and maybe work on his Alcohol addiction. I would not give up on his relationship with his children. Too much love there. Where there is that kind of strong love, there is always hope. And right now they truly need each other to get through this horrible and most painful event.

the problem with the writers is they dont think to use the past when planning the present/future! and as far as the csi skills go, then there would be no probable way that jason couldnt get convicted..or any of the other murders etc.

The writing has really gone down hill. It's the Sonny and Jason show. I do like Sonny and Jason but they have a lot of other great characters on the show but they just don't know how to write them. I don't watch it like I use to. It is a shadow of what it use to be.

That is just the way they have made them so Sonny and Jason always get away! It would be nice for the PCPD to actually solve a crime and not Jason or another citizen. Nikolas solved the TMK!

You would think that they would do some research before writing story lines, maybe they were too busy with the writer's strike thing.

  • The writers seem to forget the characters histories. And they think we're too stupid to remember.
