How do I actually choose best answer - where does it let me select?

You do not need to be on any specific level to choose a best answer.

It is very easy to make somebody's answer the best for a question of yours.

1) To do so you need to wait 4 hours after posting the question. If you don't the button will not be there to choose the best answer.

2) Find the answer you wish to choose as the best and click the big blue button underneath the answer.

3) Rate the answer with the stars, then leave a comment and click on 'OK'

DONE - You have successfully chosen an answer as the best. That answerer will then have 10 points + any thumbs up points added to his/her total points balance. You also receive 3 points for choosing the best answer.

**If you DID NOT ask the Question**

If you didn't ask the question you can still help to choose a best answer. This is called voting. You can vote on unresolved questions. This means the question is not open nor resolved. Another term for this is "In Voting".

If the question is in voting, each answer will have a big blue button underneath it. It should read; "Vote as Best Answer". You can cast a vote for the best answer by clicking once on one of the blue buttons. Your vote will be counted and at the end of the voting period, the answer with the most votes will be the best answer. Please note that you are only allowed to vote once per question.

You need to wait 4 hours before you can vote for best answer. a blue button will show under each answer. choose your best answer and click the blue button under it. you then need to rate with 1-5 stars and leave a comment. You will get 3 points for picking a best answer. You will have up to four days to pick a best answer before it goes to a members vote

You'll have to wait four hours and then there should be a blue box under each answer to select as best.

You have to wait for awhile for it to show up after you ask a question. After 4 hours, if you go back to review your question, the pick best answer button will be on the page below each individual answer.

After a bit of time in "your question" section that question will be highlighted yellow, then when you click on it there will be blue "best answer" buttons under each answer.
