i have tried to find your last question, without success, if your speaking about a literal company there's a saying my father has which is" your only as good as your last bit of input"
Ive taken this to mean if you put a lot of effort into a certain subject then expect to take a lot out of it,
in your case i would say to you that you put effort in so expect nothing but the best
