Did you get hurt patting yourself on the back for that one? I mean it's not exactly rocket science, is it Jethro? LOL Yeah I would have done the same thing myself, except I would have glanced through the instructions just to see if there was anything special in there that might have a smidgen of interest for me, otherwise I would just pop open a beer and let the wife do it because that is a man's job. That could, of course, explain why I am divorced now.

I never had my own children, but I have witnessed quite a few of my brothers and sister taking their first steps, as I am the 3rd oldest of 12 children, and it is always something special!

HA! jump up scare the sheeeot out of her then pick her up and spin around in circles crying.

That's about exactly what I'd do too!

How treasured a memory this will make!

I'd be the one with the crap scared out of me. It means she'll soon be able to run, climb, open doors, climb stairs, ......... drive! Now that's scary!

YES,,,,when I saw my youngest take her first steps I had a camera in my hands and got a pic of it...OMGOSH I was shaking and crying....
