is it a picture like in your head? or is it an actual painting, or picture? if its an actual painting or picture, you could buy or borrow a scanner and scan it into your computer, or you could buy a memory card and take it to your local photo store and use there scanner and then they can put it on your memory card and you can upload it onto your computer.... if its just a picture in your head you will have to draw it, it would be very difficult, i recommend taking many art classes, ones that focus on shading and portraits and such.
