by far a gasoline powered mower and 2 stroke is better than 4 stroke as it gives you more power, if you purchase a 2 stroke ensure that you switch the fuel line off and let the fuel run out of the system and do not turn off until this has been done otherwise your spark plug will become oily and hard to start. Also be sure to clean the spark plug every 10 hours of use. Do not buy a electric lawnmower ever unless your 80 years old and have about 10m2 of grass to cut, these mowers are a waste of time and dangerous.

Both are good. It is really not a matter of which is better as far as the machine goes. It is more a matter of what your preference is.

If you buy an electric that requires a cord, the cord can be a hassle getting in your way. There are battery powered electric mowers, but the batteries are not enviromentally friendly and the battery makes them heavy. When it comes time to replace them, the old battery is harmful to the environment and cannot be recycled.

Gas powered mowers do cause some air pollution, just like your car does, although not as much, of course. But they are lighter than battery powered electric mowers and, of course, there is no cord to hassle with. Most of the parts can also be recycled once the mower has served its purpose.

So, there are pros and cons to both electric and gas. Either will do just as good a job of cutting your grass.

In terms of ease of use for a small-medium lawn electric, for a large lawn gasoline.

In general terms petrol lawn mowers are more powerful but for home use eletric models normally have enough power for most types of grass.

Cylinder mowers give a better cut than rotary or hover mowers,

Gasoline. Electric is a pian in the ass ,completely. And the gas has more cutting power. And who wants to mess with cords? There a joke.
