Would it be possible to come up with some sort of Frequent-Buyer Program? There could be two components to it. One would be "bring a friend" the other would be "repeat business"? Both could be based on percent of purchase. So every time your customer shops, they get a percent of their purchase saved for a future purchase. The same goes for the friend that they bring. They are then able to buy merchandise with their saved money, but it is still at full price. I wish you the best.
