how does anyone hack into your mailbox and send you an email (with your very own email address? Is this possible? Can someone enlighten me pls? What can be done to stop this?

people can use a software that will track where you go and what you type. if you give away your email address and password. to prevent this don't download unknown filesor any publisher you don't know, and don't give away your password and don't make it somethig obvious like password thats the first thing people try.
