No great britain is not an offshore state of america its just a plain ally really. Plus the united states is a colony of great britain once quite ironic really and just to think its an american state its ironic

Evidently, GB has laws and policies very favorable to making it impossible to trace owners of certain investments thereby making it an offshore investment-tax haven for Americans.
