Federal Income Tax Forms? and state income tax forms?

Where do I go to get a federal income tax form and a state income tax form?! Can i go into a H&R Block and get one and do i pay for them?!!

    Get them right of the internet. You can print the 1040 & 1040 EZ - just google for it. The website is something like irs.com.

    Includes all US federal tax forms and instructions, including W-2, W-4, 1040, 1040EZ, 1099, and 4868.

    Most states have a site where you can down load there forms as well.

    You can download federal forms at irs.gov or can get copies at your local library or post office for most of the common forms.

    For state, check your state website. Most states have their forms available for dowloads. Libraries often have state forms also.

    you can download the forms online at www.irs.gov for the federal forms, and I'm sure you can get your state forms online too.

    For the federal form, go to www.irs.gove and search for "1040" and it should bring it up.

    You can go to www.irs.gov to get any forms you should need and you can print them off if your filing by mail. They also tell you free file online websites if you qualify to file online.

    go to your local post office or library

    do NOT go to a tax office and ask for free paperwork - they do not work for the IRS and really get sick of people coming into their office asking for free advice/paperwork/etc.

    the post office always has tax forms and booklets!!! they are bombarded by them and would be very happy to see you take some

    I got mine free off line at mi.gov but go to your state and it should be free..

    MI library don't carry them anymore....?

    the library, file them on line or call the irs and they will tell you of a place in your area. it might be worth it to try h and r block
