If Richardson can go against?
the way his state voted, then this is a clear signal that the supers can vote pretty much the way they want? Agree?

In Denver they will all be for one candidate no mater how their state voted, Kinda helps that unified party we like to have before the general.. So the Super Deligates will vote with the party not so much the state they Represent.

As a super delegate, Richardson has the right to vote however he chooses and to endorse whomever he chooses. A super delegate has to weigh the conseqences of either valdiating the votes of his constituents or voting against their will. His re-election or defeat next time around will be his reward or punishnment for his choice.

Yes, they can. And they have said several times that the will of the superdelegates this year in general is to follow the will of the pledged delegates.
I think you might be getting a little wishful in your thinking, there. I agree, it's completely compliant with the rules for them to go against the voters. Nothing illegal about that. It's just that there's no evidence they'll do that; they've said several times that they would rather avoid that situation.
If you do the research you'll see that's the case.

Like I said in the other post, any American citizen is allowed to vote whatever way they want-even American citizens that are governors-whether or not others like it is irrelevant. What kind of country do you think this is that people can force others how to vote?

Makes sense to me. It's strange since Obama has been whining for months about how they need to go with the candidate with most delegates. How very typical of a politician. Ha, typical.
