Try setting goals for yourself. 12 hour days are grueling no doubt, I know.

If you drink alcohol, try to stop. Don't drink more than one caffeinated beverage a day and when you do, keep it 8 oz or less.

Take a step back and look at how you do your job, make some notes. Take the day in sections instead of all at once. Every chance you get, stand up and stretch.

In those times you have to yourself, don't sit around and mope.

Get out and walk, go to the park even if it's just for a few minutes.

Buy some relaxation music and or white noise cd's, when you are at home and concentrate on the music. Try to drift into the white noise sound when you are in bed. Turn up the white noise so you can just hear it, not too loud.

Try to relax, lay still and think about telling your extremities to relax one at a time. Think, "Relax feet" "Relax legs" "Relax torso" etc...

Think about relaxing your body one piece at a time. You can't start out relaxing your entire body all at once, you have to practice.

Also, try to think of it as a way to save enough money to have the luxury of finding another job. Or retire as soon as possible.

Or save enough to pay off all your bills. Work sucks honey but unless you already have money you have to work.

I've been working for longer than you've been alive and after a while you will get more money and won't be broke all the time.

If you are prudent and don't blow all your money partying, or buying shoes, you will be amazed how much you can save.

This is true no matter what you do for a living.

It's a sad state of affairs that we all have to work all the time, but some people can't find a decent job anywhere.

I'm not saying you should jump up and down about your job, just hang in there. You are too young to be a pro yet, but it will come.

You may need to be treated with medications for anxiety or insomnia. You are describing racing thoughts which is typical in anxiety and depression.

Is anyone in the world truly perfect?

    Are you perfect?

No one is perfect, remind yourself every day. Because no one is perfect, everyone makes mistakes at their job sometimes.

Take some deep breaths every hour for a few minutes when your working. Hang in there, things will get better. Your company needs to hire another person to work with you, if not full-time then part time
