I love Cena but,to be honest,if this went public,it'd be bye-bye Cena! Beth has a LOT of power!

Beth Phoenix displayed her overall strength in the video, not her overall skill. While she is very strong for a female, skill has to complement that strength, and Beth Phoenix is not as large or as fast as John Cena. For Beth Phoenix, as a female, lifting males is not that uncommon amongst true female wrestlers. Most trained female wrestlers her size can lift weight higher than the average male.

i don't need to watch a video to know Beth Phoenix is better than Cena

thats her finisher but its better because its a sit out death valley driver (usually done of the top rope)

its called the down in flames or beth valey driver

that is about 450 pounds on her shoulder, its impressive that video was a year before she went to SHIMMER which makes that about 3 years ago

but it does prove that Beth Phoenix is better than Cena

if you watch beth in SHIMMER or before SHIMMER you would see her talent...not just her power but her athelticism ... she used to do this move (that was originally done by manami toyota) which is a reverse hurricanarana float over into a piledriver off the top rope
