    If my house is a mess that does my head in so I put dead loud music on and proper whizz round cleaning up that cheers me up cos I hate it being a tip. Or sometimes I just cabbage on the sofa watching simple dvd's my fave at the mo is 'goodnight sweetheart' and 'the royle family'. If I have problems I do everyones head in going on about it till I come up with a solution for it, it helps me get things right in my head if I ramble on about stuff

    Focus on your self such as going out to lunch or walking and chatting with a trusted friend. All depends on the situation you are in. If it is on the job go out with a trusted friend, if it is personal, talk with your family,pastor in church and if nothing works do masturbation to relieve your stress. Above all concentrated about you. An person that is sad has to be a doer and say I,m getting out of this mess. Pray an talk to Jesus, he loves you and will heal your sadden.

    Dim the lights, put on some jazz, open a bottle of red wine, curl up on the sofa and get the laptop out. Then surf eBay for ridiculous items such as top hats and jewel encrusted pet collars

    i listen to music and write then after an hour or so of doing that i'll call my boyfriend and talk about it with him,

    but if it's really serious i'll call my best girl friend

    and she makes everything better.

    when neither of them are around,

    i take a long long bath and listen to music until all of my sadness is washed away in the water =)

    Think how bad some people not 1 million miles from me have got and I think, hang on a minute.....and I give me old head a shake and I dust meslf down and I get on with the job.

    Talk to someone close

    go dancing

    watch a feel good film

    have some you time, bubble bath, a good book, and some choclate.

    think of all the good things in your life

    Do what you like. I'm talking about the hobby.

    When I get stressed, I listen to the music, walk outside, or play soccer.
