ball park "turkey"NO FAT low cal.with spinach brown rice:(is this ok to eat when LOSING weight???)?

hola again chicas and yahoo poster(S)males etc.

i have already lost around again 3 to 4 pds not even a full week! like 5 days,so i have a question:

i notice there is only ONLY 40 cal smoke turkey frank(s)so i am now opting to eat these once in a blue moon now during my weight loss etc. HAS ANY yahoo dieter(S)eat

this even just ONE and will it be ok when losing weight as i am losing so much again SO FAST and i am "testing"eating tonight : one "george forman grilled"turkey frank an two helping of spinach YUMMIE! lol and i have healthy tasty brown rice. so please let me know IF eating the ball park smoke turk.

last note"I AM ALSO Using PRO-ACTOL expensive but wow i know it is helping me NOT BE SO HUNGRY at all i love it and i drink MUCH WATER again 1/2 gal to A WHOLE gal almost

each and or every other day!lots of fruits etc.

    Keep it up! You seem to be doing everything right! Keep drinking lots of water and cute out any sodas. You are eating well. Good Job.

    jog on the treadmill at 4 mph for 25 minutes or at 7 mph for 9 minutes

    2 hours golfing but make sure you carry the clubs

    no liquid calories or cut them down as much as possible
