My Printer is not printing?

Turn your printer off, restart PC, that might work.

When you turn off your computer, you should get a message that you have a document waiting to print and whether you want to cancel it. At this time you can cancel it. If you do not get that message, I would shut down the computer, unplug the printer from the computer and turn the computer back on. Once the computer is back on, then try plugging the printer back in. You may have to go through "found new hardware", but it should find the drivers if they are in there properly. If they are not, they will ask you to install again. The usb port have nothing to do with it unless they are not plugged in all the way, and then I would still shut down and plug them in all the way and try again. Good luck. Sometimes printers can have a mind of their own.

2: Make sure drivers installed properly

Looks like you have some thing stuck in the printing que. The best way to resolve this issue is by stopping and restarting the print spooler. This is how u do it

got to

strat>control panel>Administrative tools>Component services>Services(Local)>Right click on print spooler then select stop wait for the wizard to stop then gain right click on print spooler and click on start.

The print que will be cleared.

First of all printer CD have done, and install the program. Then comp. restrat. And the repeat the install the printer.

And then not start the printer. you could have change the USB port cable.

Restart system in safe mode and delete the que document,if this is not working reinstall the printer driver if problem persist then full scan your system with recent Internet security.
