Steam internet Problems HALP?
Ok, so i get done with CS:S or something and all of a sudden steam doesnt wanna connect to any servers or wont dipslay info
but im sitll loged in to messengers and ts etc
And yet again i cant view webpages
It did this when i was on Vista also so do you think it is my Modem?

Probably just Steam acting up as usual. I had problems with finding servers for ages, reinstalling steam did the trick (you don't lose any games).
If not, then have a good look on the support section of the Steam site.
Make sure programs like Peerguardian or an antivirus are allowing it fully.

Try waiting about 10 minutes before connecting to a different server. I used to have a similar problem. If the problem continues, you may want to contact your ISP and see if they have all the ports open for you.

Sounds like a connection problem. Are you running programs when you are trying out the stream?
