Report monkeys really aren't the same species as the rest of us. Scientists are still trying to figure out exactly what they evolved from.

Report monkeys are the ones who didn't fully evolve, thus giving them not as much brain capacity as normal R&S users.

I don't think we evolved from monkeys or apes....I think we came from the sea.That's why we have salty tears and are made up of so much water.
