Try Joico Kpak Reconstructor after you shampoo and condition. It will help reduce breakage, restore your hair's health, and help your hair hold color better. When you are washing your hair in cold water, it is keeping the cuticle closed so that the color can't escape the hair shaft. The reconstructor also has the same action of closing the cuticle.
