Have you heard of the Bush-Iraq treaty SOFA?

Some have questioned whether or not the locking in of a status of forces agreement (SOFA) would create a situation that would make it difficult for a future President to halt military activities in Iraq.

    If so it is unconstitutional.

Being there at all without a declaration of war is unconstitutional.

I hope you are voting for Ron Paul, who said that, at the beginning, and would just bring our troops home. An unconstitutional agreement is not something he would consider binding - count on it.

As to the other candidates, I am sure they would use it as an excuse. Look at their voting records in funding the war, and in Obama's case at the actual pdf of his Iraq plan attached to his web page.

I don't think they plan on going anywhere, certainly not home.
