Referral fee for apartment?
Does anyone knows how much a Relocation co. is willing to pay for locating a apartment? For example, the month apartment rent is $1,600 for one year's lease; how much does a relocation company usually pays realtors finding fees?
Is it by percentages? What are some of the formulas?

While all fees charged to a client by any licensed real estate brokers are negotiable, "finders fees" often range from one half to a full month's rental for the unit. This fee is generally paid at the time the lease is signed. In your example, the fee might be expected to range between $800 to $1,600.

Varies. Sometimes one month rent. Sometimes flat fee.
Ask the relocation company what they pay for referrals.
