Work to live. I would much rather not HAVE to work. I'd rather choose to work. I think work helps and hinders your lifestyle in that it does make you responsible and helps you prioritize, keep deadlines and keeps you in a routine, however, a full time job is very time consuming which can put your other dreams and aspirations on the back-burner.

I live, my husband works. lol.

I would work to finance the lifestyle I want to live. My husband and I like to travel so that is where a lot of our money goes.

I am currently not working because I stay home with the kids but once they are in school I will find a part-time job that pays decent money. I want to put that money towards our retirement funds.

So in essence, I (would) work to live.

It helps my lifestyle because I like having a roof over my head and food in the fridge..

Work to live..definitely. Without money, you can't pay the bills, put gas in your car, eat, etc etc. Right? So I would definitely say work to live.

Unfortunately, I'm not that satisfied with my job that to say I live to work...I'm sure some people do though..and if so that is a blessing.

Well, I work to live right now because I hate my job, but I need shelter and food. Hopefully, I'll get my dream job one day and will be able to say both "I work to live and I live to work."
