Videos need time to do one or the other.. http://www.watcheasy.com/highqualityfullhdvideostr... Either you download them to your computer, and it is always yours, or you stream it over the internet, and it buffers for the content. Depending on how fast your internet connection is, the time it takes to either buffer or download could change.
I personally prefer watching videos online instead of downloading them to my computer. In this case, I suggest the website
