Frankly (& no offence to you) I pretty much hate both.

(reason below)

But shop at Best buy.

The reason I hate both... Sam Goody which I used to shop at that I could reserve a copy of whatever version of a dvd or cd I wanted. The guys there KNEW what bands etc i liked & as soon as they'd know (sometimes with 6 months advance notice) I'd know someone's album was coming out & could save my money for it. If not there were signs up noting what would be out withtin the next 2-3 month... Now I have to wait on a weeek by week basis to see a stupid flyer & hope & Pray I have enough money left over to purchase said dvd w/o knowing the price & be sure that someone can get there AS SOON AS IT OPENS for me so I can get whatever special edition of such & such because I'm at work. Best Buy nor Circut City care about their consumer. Yes there's one person that does always help mom or myself when we pick up whatever we go to get. But its still not the 'personal' service I'd get from the crew at my local Sam Goody store. They Rocked! (besides at least that was a REAL music & movie store.. now you got these everything stores that youcan't even special order a forein film or get an import cd!

That is why i dislike both.
