The morning after pill isnt the best kind of birth control and is also expensive. For what you pay for those you should just be put on a Birth control pill.

I had to take it 3 times in 2 weeks (i hadn't started the pill yet and my husband was getting over excited and being careless) and other than feeling sick to my stomach and starting my period a little late I didn't have many problems.

There isn't anything wrong with you. Those hormones in the plan b pill are very strong. they can cause your periods to be abnormal. If you have been bleeding that long you should not be pregnant. your body is just trying to deal with all the hormones you just pumped into it.

    GET ON THE PILL!!!

  • well OBVIOUSLY what is wrong with you is that you did not listen to the directions!!!!!!!! Why in the hell would you take it 3 x in one week?! Honestly, if you're that worried about getting pregnant you should be using protection.

also, do you know how many hormones the plan B pill contains? double to triple what the bill control pill contains.. that means you have thrown all of those hormones into your body . funny thing is the plan B pill pharmaceutical companies do not even know what the long term effects are or what it could be doing to your body at this very moment. their only goal is to get $!

How about listening to the directions next time and instead of using plan B every time you have a pregnancy scare, use protection instead! condom + pill, almost 100% effective... or how about this? just refrain from sex if you're going to be that clueless about it.

Well i can't be sure exactly what is happening but it could make sense. If you did actually become pregnant and a uterine lining began to develop, that could be why you are bleeding. You are sheding the lining.

But you should be aware that the MA pill is NOT A FORM OF BIRTH CONTROL.

You have many different birth control options! The Morning after pill should only be used emergencies ok?

I highly recommend you see a gynecologist (preferably female) and discuss this with her. The morning-after pill can cause some period irregularities, and used so close together, can cause hormone irregularities. And please get on some form of birth control, like the pill, and use it regularly. Don't have children until you are both ready and mature enough to raise them.

I have to ask, is it possible your husband gets a rush from taking chances? Does he not realize that taking chances is not fair to you? Or is he a controlling type? You don't need that. Control is not love.

Why do you nee to take the morning after pill that much. Its a back up if a condom does not work, NOT a form of contraception. If your so immature stop having sex.

I don't know, but there is no way you should be needing to take the morning after pill 3 times in a week. USE OTHER FORMS OF CONTRACEPTION AND IT WON'T BE NECESSARY....

You have taken too many, that's what's wrong. It's more hormones than your body can handle at one time. You need to call a doctor and tell them exactly what you told us. They may need to intervene to stop the bleeding.
