Most men will say "oh that's gay" or that somehow you are not as masculine if you excercise your right in situations like this. But you have to remember that men and women are treated as equal, and just as a men can dish out unwanted sexual advances - so can women.
I would definitely let her know her advancements are unwanted, then I would warn her of the consequences of persisting in this matter (file for sexual harassment), finally I would take action and excercise my rights if it still continues.
I am married, so for me it's a no brainer that something like this could escalate and cause me even more problems down the road in my own relationship. But for single guys (assuming you are) I can see how something like this could be a dilemna...
Here's a piece of advice, when you have a situation at hand and you're trying to decide how to handle it or maybe if you need to take action, think of the best and worst case scenario of how the situation could end. If the worst case scenario is negative or catastrophic to you in your daily life then take action. Good luck !

Yes. If it was in a work environment from someone that I wasn't in a relationship with. It would also depend on what they did.
I worked some place and a woman said "I tend to grab men's butts at work. Ha ha ha.!" I told her "You won't be doing that to me." She was offended and said "I will do it if I like." I told her "If you do that, I will just go to the boss and report it as sexual harassment."
A few of the guys I worked with were actually happy that I told her that, because she had been doing that to them for a while and making them uncomfortable.

Ummm. Nobody likes sexual harassment. Thats the definition of harassment. When someone harasses you sexually, in other words does something you dont like in a sexual way.
So no...

No. Also I noticed a good 70% of dudes who answered said no, just proves how easy women get off when it comes to the law

Only if she were creepy, fat and unattractive, smelly, or otherwise horrifying and refused to give up. If she's hot it's flattering and if she isn't it's harassment! See, I too have what it takes to be an HR Manager

If is not addressed correctly by the appropriate supervisor then yes. If you deny her advances then she could file it against you in retaliation. Who are they more likely to believe?

If they were unwanted advances that I'd made clear were inappropriate, and they continued to the point of making me uncomfortable, yes.

If you have told her your not interested, and she insists, and won't stop after having a real talk with her, then yes. We do have equal rights and when you violate those rights then you are subject to punishment.

depending on who the girl is, if she's nice or not.
if she's nice, cool, blah I wouldn't file anything, actually I like trying new things
but if she's mean or threatens me then hell yeah!

Absolutely. Sexual harrassment should not be tolerated.
Wait, are the females hot?
