do u belive in true love?

I will believe it if/when it happens to me. Human beings have a selfish nature, they rarely put others first, and true love is putting the one you love first. The only person known to do that is Jesus Christ. I respect your opinion though.

Once upon a time there was True Love in its literary sense. The love between Adam & Eve, Romeo & Juliet, Shah Jahan & Mumtaz, Laila & Ghayas (in Arabian Knights story) and so on. But in the present world there is nothing, as the poets called it, a Platonic Love. It is a temporary feeling. A husband loves his wife, or vise verse, is because they are obliged to do so. Then the question arise "Why do they marry". We have our own bodily and mental feelings, we must have some children to inherit our assets, after all it is a common practice.

When a guy finds a gal he feels love towards her. It is actually an attraction towards the opposite sex, and it will be as hard as a rock that they think without the other, he can not live. But if he was compelled to marry an another girl, his love towards the previous one is ended there.

So behind all love there is a selfishness. Everybody loves for his own pleasure. It is an endless story.

YES i lost my true love over us being immature and for 4 years i thought about him and he thought about me we are now back together its fate

yes i do beleive in it....but i also beleive that after a point of time love does take a lot of effort...so don't think love will always feel great it may sometimes need work!!

yes i do and i have got true love. It is rare in today's world..but it still does exist.

True love can take any form be it be love frm ur parents, sister , or ur lover. And by god's grace i've them all with me.

I believe in it alot, whether it's actually acheivable i sometimes doubt, but if it ever do experience it i know i'll never want to loose it.
