As my professor used to say:

Such is life, and it's getting sucher and sucher

Empirically, there is always a thing as no such thing. Try it. Walk into a grocery store of your choice and ask for 200 pounds of Antarctican paramipango. With 100% certainty, the answer will be "There is no such thing". This question in question therefore is not a question, but a wrong premise.

    Hey ya...

There is always something as no such thing. Just because there is something we convince ourselves or the person who asks us about that something that there is no such thing. So no such thing does exist.

Yup... if no such thing exists then u bet that ur question is a question. No two ways bout it....

    Cheers!!!

If there was no such thing as no such thing, then your question wouldn't exist, but if there was no such thing as your question, it would have to exist!! I'm confused?!?

IF there is no such thing as no such thing then there is no such thing as a question that isn't a question!

Your wording is confusing. Your just confusing your self. You should have said "If there can be things, is this question a question?" You use a kind of double negative that is unnecessary. Anyways, to answer your question, yes it is a question. It will always be a question so long as there is something.

The punctuation symbol we call a question mark (?) makes any statement into a question.

    Thus, this is a question.

    I met a man who wasn't there.

    He wasn't there again today.

Gee whiz, I wish he would go away.
