2. The city never fired him,, after he beat up my dad. He was a city waste management employee, head hancho.

No, the city said they would look into it but never did, and our lawyer is not good, he was not ready for the disability hearing when the time came, and he did not do his job, i guess since he thought that if he went against the city they would not make him a more respected lawyer, what a crook, we're looking for a new one.

4. We went to a city hearing and I went, but other then that no.

5. They have not done anything yet we are still waiting, and i just hope some good lawyer will help us once we find him/her.
