What was the japanese samurai by the name of kami nomoshi known for?

The Japanese samurai by the name of Kami Nomoshi was best known for his deft sword fighting abilities and his ruthless pursuit of even a slightly wounded enemy (to the death). Legend has it that Kami Nomoshi vanquished over one thousand foeman (killing over a thousand of his enemies also). During one famous incident around the turn of the century Kami Nomoshi is said to have beheaded ten enemies (they were all kneeling awaiting execution) in twenty-nine seconds as thousands of Japanese soldiers watched.

He was born 1876 and died 1929 in Osaka Japan, but there was suppose to be built a restaurant by his descendants; the name of the restaurant is supposed to be called Saka Tawa, built in japan, but I am not sure where to find the restaurant, it migt be in tokyo but I am not sure.
