Should a Chevy 400 have a rod length of 5.7" or 5.565"?

The 400 was chevys only short rod small block v8. It used a 5.565" rod..
The gen II 264 small block v8 from 1994-97 was chevys only long rod small block.. It used a 5.94" rod
All the other small blocks used a 5.7" rod. (262, 265, 267, 283, 302 (yes chevy had a 302), 305, 307, 327, 350)
