Who do you think Chicago Bears should draft in the first round?

I think if Matt Ryan is still available they should draft him (you never know, he is projected to be drafted early but look what happened to Brady Quinn in the last draft) or Darren Mcfadden. I think if they don't get them, they need to look for a really good WR. Who do you think is one of the best WR projected to go in the first round? Or maybe a really good corner back?

The Bears need to draft the best available QB when their turn comes.

Yes, I totaly agree with you anything can happen in the draft, but even if Matt Rayan is on the board I dont see the bears getting him. That is because Lovie said they want either Orton or Grossman as a Franshise QB. But there is the fact that Lovie visited McFadden and Felix Jones yesterday at Arkansas, so thats interesting about what he is thinigking.

    Possibly trade up...

No i highly doubt they will take a CB, there is no Dynamics CB in this years darft to start with and the fact they signed both Vasar and Tillman to a long contract. They will do good.

The Best WR I think is Melcome Kelly, I like size at WR sand he has that, it'd be nice to see him at Chicago but I doubt that also.

I say the Bears will take at least 1 if not 2 lineman in first 3 rounds. Remember that a good o-line make anybody look good.

  • the Bears have to draft O line

its not fun and its not a fun position to draft, but it is important and the Bears have been neglecting the position for too long

everything starts with the O line

we won't have good QBs or RBs if we have no O line

the WR also need time to establish their routes

I want a WR in the draft as well and I would love McFadden but Mcfadden will most likely be gone and this draft really has no great WR or QB which is why it is not worth taking one in the 1st round

If Carolina passes on Brian Brohm, the Bears will probably give him the money, but also, if Leodis McKelvin gets skipped over, he could free-fall straight into the Bears' lap. I think the bears will pick up an HB in the second round. It's likely that Jamal Charles from Texas or Matt Forte from Tulane will get some good playing time for the bears. But most likely i agree with the mock drafts with the Bears adding some youth to their ever-aging offensive line. probably Chris Williams from Vanderbilt or Jeff Otah from Pittsburgh. that is what i think the Bears are looking at in April

matt ryan is overrated and the bears should pass on him too if he falls that far, and if mcfadden falls that far, i wouldn't put it past dallas to trade up to the 14th pick to get him, they should draft an offensive lineman in the first round and then a qb or a rb in the second round, both positions are pretty deep this year so i think it could go either way

i think whats going to end up happening is that the bears will trade down get some draft picks and draft a OT and then maybe in the second round they would probably go QB or RB

Bears must select an O Tackle! no protection=no yards.

Ryan Clady would be the best option if he falls to #14 but if not I'd be happy with Jeff Otah. 2nd round must be dedicated to a QB however, Joe Flacco should be there at the 13th pick in the second round (44th overall).

i think that they need to address that oline in the first round. the qb pos. is full of potential, but nothing worth wasting a high first rounder on (including an overrated matt ryan). besides, what good is a qb if he doesnt have time to throw, that was also why their platoon rb game didnt work effectively. the WR is deep and could be addressed in the second-third round with guys like bennett, thomas, dexter jackson, and that guy from missouri (forgot his name but hes pretty damn good)

They don't need to draft a QB, they have one! THEY NEED TO FOCUS ON THEIR OL! Instead of getting rid of griese for a 2009 draft pick (???), they should have gotten rid of grossman for some draft picks, and/or a free agent! They should have kept griese as a back up DEVELOP ORTON DEVELOP ORTON DEVELOP ORTON HE IS A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH!, get an OL around him and some people that can catch/run and they will be FANTASTIC!

Then they could have picked a QB later in the draft and sat his *** on the bench for a few years to develop!

they should trade there number 1 draft for a veteran QB.... To make an immediate impact ..... defense is starting to get alittle old
