how can i get muscles fast?
im already in shape im like 5' 10'' about 170lbs and i can bench 250 lbs i just want to gain muscle fast like a six pack and make my arms and chest huge any suggestions?

you cant become buff fast. it takes time. just work out 5 days a week and eat REALLY healthy food, lots of protein from fish and other meats.... eat LOTS of vegetables.... if it grows, eat it.
and do strength training (weights and sh*t) like 3 or 4 days a week. dont work out everyday. your muscles need time to rest and repair. for example, do weights one day, do cardio the next day then weights the next day then have a day of rest and yea add 2 and 2 together im sure you can work the rest out

well im like 5' 10" bout 190 and my upper body is pritty fit i just do push ups and agood way i found is get on a a wall do a hand stand and do pushups while feet just resting on the wall i do them everyday as manby as i can a few times a day and sit ups 4 the abs haha pritty easy haha

Work out like crazy and have supplements like creatine and whey protein... and if you're crazy about muscles have some steriods...
