I went off the Birth Control Pill last month?
I had a regular period on Feb 21st after getting off birth control pill.But didnt get period this month.After getting of the pill we did have protective sex using condoms.
What could be the reason for delayed period?

Yes, getting off the pill can delay your period. Some women don't get a period for a few months after they stop the bill. As long as you have been using condoms since you stopped, you probably aren't pregnant.

I got pregnant the first month off birth control, so I'm not sure what a period is like right off the pill. If you were on the pill for awhile your body could just be trying to regulate itself again, hence the missed period.

Its just your body getting back into the swing of having to control its own hormones levels. It will get better but it takes sometime for a few people.
