LG env question?

so, both me and my friend have the LG env, for verizon.

and on her phone, if you open it, and go to the menu and hit 000000000 it goes to a weird menu thing.

mine does not.

why is that?

    I'm not sure why your phone would not access the hidden menu. You have the enV and not the Voyager? There are different models of the enV. Try opening the phone, typing ##77647269900, Send, and then the code 000000. That should access your hidden menu.
