Yahoo launchcast and jukebox error code 14?

my Yahoo launchcast and jukebox no longer works, i get the error code 14, its not my speaker system or sound either...i even re-installed software but still nothing, is this just a temporary glitch w/ Yahoo or something else?

    Error code 14 sometimes means that Windows Media Player cannot detect a network connection, possibly because it lost its sync with Yahoo Music.

    Make sure your firewall isn't blocking anything related to WMP or Yahoo. Delete your temporary internet files and cookies in Internet Explorer. Sometimes a reinstall of Yahoo Messenger, YMJ, or Windows Media Player solves the problem. I know you tried some reinstalls, but try the rest of them.

    Another suggestion is to go to Tools/Options in WMP. On the Player tab, under Player settings, check the "Connect to the Internet (overrides other commands)" check box. This forces WMP to always assume an Internet connection is present. I've seen this as a suggested fix, but I've never known it to actually work. But maybe you will be the first. It's the only other thing I can think of. Good luck.

    There is a quality setting and u should try the lowest setting and go from there up. ok?
