I'm very new to the computer. Please help!?

If you are new to PCs put the Google search engine on your desktop and it will answer any question you can possibly have.

did you get a manual? weren't you supposed to get a manual when you bought the computer? if not, then those buttons are usually self explanatory though. and nice computer, an athlon 5000+ X2
